3.3 philwin may require identity verification (KYC) at registration or before processing any withdrawal. You agree to provide any documents reasonably requested, including a valid government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership.
3.4 You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your philwin account. You must keep your login credentials confidential and must not share your account with any third party.
3.5 philwin accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights or obligations arising from it to any other person.

5.2 Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ₱30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal.
5.3 philwin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any bonus at any time. philwin also reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds where the Player has not complied with the applicable bonus terms.
